Educational summary

Why this matters

Explore how VARS Glutathione is made and what questions to ask about delivery and outcomes.

How the pieces connect

Encapsulation and storage may affect a product’s properties. Ask for evidence about the actual product and the outcome you hope to improve.

What a delivery-system description can tell you

Encapsulation and packaging are ways of describing how an ingredient is formulated and protected. A label such as “liposomal” does not tell you by itself how much is absorbed or whether a disease outcome improves. Read Dr. Purser’s formulation discussion as an explanation of the proposed design. Then look separately for measurements of composition, stability and clinical performance for the exact preparation, rather than borrowing findings from another glutathione product.

Keep in mind

A patent or delivery claim tells you about a product idea, not whether it treats disease. Ask for evidence about the specific formulation and the health outcome you care about.

A question for your next conversation

Does the evidence identify this formulation and its method of administration?
