GUT HEALTH FACEBOOK LIVE TOP 10 TIPS
1. Gastroparesis, usually Idiopathic —actually D3 deficiency caused
2. Gastroparesis, usually Idiopathic —actually B12 deficiency caused

Intake of vitamins B6, vitamin C, folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc were below the %RDA. Intake of vitamin B12, vitamin C, folate, thiamine, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc were significantly less than controls.
3. Gastroparesis, usually Idiopathic —actually Diabetes caused
4. Loss of INTRINSIC FACTOR due to antibodies — substance secreted by the stomach which enables the body to absorb vitamin B12.
5. POST ANTIBIOTIC DIARRHEA — LOTS OF NATREN HEALTHY TRINITY, GARDEN OF LIFE RAW FOR WOMEN OVER 50, YLEO LIFE 9.
6. SEVERE POST-ANTIBIOTIC DIARRHEA (also known as PSEUDOMEMBRANOUS ENTEROCOLITIS). Caused by Clostridium difficile. Very bad. SAME RX THOUGH — YOU HAVE TO BEAT THIS DOWN. LOTS OF NATREN HEALTHY TRINITY, GARDEN OF LIFE RAW FOR WOMEN OVER 50, YLEO LIFE 9.
7. GENETIC GLUTEN INTOLERANCE: HLA DQA 1 or 2. Heterozygous vs homozygous. Available on our PRO7 GENETIC TEST. (The HLA-DQA1 gene is part of a family of genes called the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) complex. The HLA complex helps the immune system distinguish the body's own proteins from proteins made by foreign invaders such as viruses and bacteria.)

The "celiac disease genes" appear in about 35 to 40% of the overall population, and the fact that you have the genes doesn't mean you'll necessarily develop celiac disease — it simply means you have the genetic potential to do so.
We know that the vast majority of people with biopsy-proven celiac disease carry either HLA-DQ2 or HLA-DQ8 (a subset of HLA-DQ3). However, since about 35% or 40% of the population carries one or both of those celiac disease genes, having the genes doesn't mean you'll definitely get celiac — there are other (mainly undiscovered) factors involved.
8. FIBROMYALGIA GUT PROBLEMS: Can fibromyalgia cause bowel problems?
Irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon are frequently associated with Fibromyalgia. Patients complain of excessive gas and swelling, abdominal cramping and a bloated feeling.
Results indicate that 70% of fibromyalgia patients had IBS and 65% of IBS patients had fibromyalgia. This compared with the control groups where 12% had fibromyalgia and 10% IBS. In conclusion, these findings indicate that fibromyalgia and IBS frequently coexist.
Usually Associated with a folate deficiency — https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28406440/
9. Gastroparesis from lead or copper excess. HEAVY METALS! Treat it with VARS glutathione or like you have fibro and detox.
10. H2 BLOCKERS cause B vitamin malabsorption deficiencies. Heal your gut. Stop taking these.
11. PPI BLOCKS ABSOR PTION OF B12 too. Causing gastroparesis and fatigue. Really bad if you have MTHFR. Acts like you have lack of Intrinsic Factor. Again hgeal your gut and stop taking these.

12. FUT2 errors: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection has been associated with vitamin B12 deficiency (18,19). Some authors have proposed that FUT2 genotype can influence the extent to which H. pylori attaches to gastric mucosa and influences vitamin B12 absorption (20,21). Again acts like lack of intrinsic factor.
13. Have H. Pylori infection? You may not he absorbing B12 especially if you have a FUT2 error. This is really the same thing as the one we just discussed, just said differently.
14. Sometimes, to get around all these issues, you may just need a B12 shot anywhere from weekly to every other day. These have to be compounded and Methyl B12. When taking these shots, to prevent methyl trapping, you must also take a little folate.
