Well, intracellular is better at looking at vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acid levels. And it's a lot more accurate and formative than serum

levels. Also, um they are felt much earlier and are low on these tests weeks or even months, even sometimes years ahead of a ahead of the drop in serum levels. Plus, they are a ton cheaper um to get than the serum levels if you're

paying cash for them. So, serum levels for these 100 supplements would when I did the math, I was using one of the labs we use push upwards of $50,000 or more. last time I checked and probably 30 or so of the antioxidants these guys test for just could not be readily run

or even run no matter what.
